Whether you are a large or small scale property investor who is interested in residential and commercial investment property in Liverpool, Leicester, Leeds, York and Manchester, Artful Lodger Liverpool can help secure a great deal on investment property. We've also sourced new property developments and investment property in Spain, Turkey and Cyprus which will be ready in 2007!

We can source investment property in other cities and towns too, so the sky's the limit (well, not literally perhaps, but we're working on that, too!)

We know many property investors find and broker their own deals but by combining our efforts (and our wallets) Artful Lodger Liverpool will save you time and money by combining property investors' buying power to drive down the price to get YOU the best deal.

To date we have over 50 property investors involved which has given us considerable negotiating power with property developers (and their agents where they have one). We've also teamed up with a number of specialist off-plan property investment companies and property developers to ensure our property investors get generous discounts for early reservations.

Fees
To secure a place in our Investment Property Finder portfolio we require a one-off, non-refundable registration fee of £150.

Any subsequent fees are based on successful closures of investment property deals. These are negotiated with the property investor at the time and may come from different sources including;

  • a fee from the investor based on the total value of property purchased
  • part of a pre-arranged 'finders fee' payable by the developer
  • part of the overall discount we negotiate for successful block purchases for a number of investors

    Either way, you still save time on making the deal and more importantly, money. It really is a win:win situation!
