Everton Football Club

Everton- Merseysides first Football Club has been the forefront of the beautiful game in england during its 125 years in Existance.

A founder member of the Football League in 1888 and the first club to lift the league chamionship trophy in 1891, Everton established a tradition of achievment which has been vigorously maintained throughout the years.

From the pioneering days of St Domingo, there followed luminaries such as Dixie Dean, scorer of an all-time record 60 goals in the 1927-28 season, Alex Young, the 'Golden Vision', the 'Holy Trinity' of Kendall, Harvey and Ball that masterminded the Toffees' Championship success in 1970... and last, but no means least Howard Kendall's successful sides of the mid 1980's which saw them champions of england twice in three seasons, with an FA Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup success thrown in for good measure!
